   Harvard B.A. in economics and MBA in Finance; career as Managing Dir of Healthcare Financing Groups for Bank of America Securities, USB Financial Services, First Boston Corp, and Kidder Peabody. Extensive nonprofit board experience.
 

Theresa Samuel-Boko
Board Secretary

   Job Developer for arriving refugees, Catholic Charities, San Jose, CA. Worked in displaced persons’ camps in Khartoum, Sudan, Master’s degree in human services administration.
 
Steven Wade
Board Treasurer		   Professor of Finance at Santa Clara University, California. Former CFO at several companies.  Founder of the Santa Clara Tax Clinic, providing free tax filing assistance and IRS mediation for low-income persons.  Master’s in business administration.
 
William Sloan Coats   Executive Partner, Kay Scholer LLP, managing the Menlo Park office. Member, United Nations Team on Intellectual Property Rights.
 
Shirley Tamoria   Senior Partner & medical doctor at Kaiser Permanente, Hawaii. Experienced in primary care, public health, and the training of community health promoters in rural Peru and Southern Sudan.
 
JP Balajadia   One of the founders and owners of 365Main, a high-tech server storage company headquartered in San Francisco. Degree in electrical engineering.

George Lula   Founder of Grove Capital Partners and Grove Technology Partners.  Career included serving as CEO of PNC Capital Markets (PNC Bank); SVP, Mellon Bank; and VP, Goldman Sachs & Co. Served in the US Air Force as an officer and is a University of Pittsburgh graduate.
